Dove 'Real Women' survey

Working with Dove's lead agency Billington Cartmell, Budcus project managed and built an incentivised 'Test & Learn' survey site and rolled it out to a sample UK customer group. Taking the clear learnings the UK team were able to provide valuable input to the European wide 'Real Women' survey, for which we also provided technical support by building the data capture end of the survey.

Working well with other agencies and suppliers has always been key facet of our expertise. Over 10 different agencies and third party suppliers were involved in the survey, so we kept a firm grip on project management to keep things on track, and take the stress out of the extremely tight deadlines.
